Alteration to inside cockpit of new f glass sea kayak, cut out re make reduced sized storage hatch area for increased comfort. This was v difficult to do without any doubt, let alone perfectly colour match afterwards. I trusted Phil with my expensive new boat, I worried about it- no one could have done a better job or been more trustworthy. The alteration finish is as good if not better than factory finish, perfect, v high standards, f glass boat genius, thank you

Hi Phil,
Thanks for all the hard work building the first ever Dragonfly 600, what an excellent boat. The side door has made boarding much easier for me as it was getting to be a bit of a struggle to climb over the gunnel on my former boat. I would recommend this type of boat to anyone with mobility problems. Also the side pods and the reverse chine on the hull have made this a very stable and fast boat.
Cheers

Met Phil at the 2012 Boat Show in London. Impressed with the Falkland 600 and if I was looking to change my boat, this would be one of my top considerations. Quality boat for inshore fishing. Thanks Phil for the tour of the boat and the information given. I will certainly look into purchasing this boat in the future.

I have just returned from a very cold fishing trip out to the Needles on the Isle of Wight on one of these excellent fishing boats. A chap in the marina where we run our charters from owns the boat and kindly offered to take me fishing. I was so impressed that I thought a visit to the website was in order.

GGF Marine carried out a insurance repair on my warrior 150 earlier in the year. I was so impressed with the workmanship and all round professional service, I've recently asked them to build a live well bait tank and put some fitted tackle boxes in aswell. I've now had several trials out on the boat and the tank works perfect, I should of had this done years ago! The tackle boxes are great too, it's so more tidy and organized now. I'd like to thank Phil and Judith for the professionalism they have shown through all stages of the work they've carried out on my boat. Also a big thanks goes to Mike who also carried out a lot of the work with Phil. If I need work on my boat again I will definitely use GGF Marine again WELL DONE!

We visited the Southampton Boat Show last September and fell in love with the Falkland Premier. Phil and Judith delivered it to the boatyard in November and helped us get it on the water at Christchurch at Easter. For someone relatively new to boating like me, the after-sales service was superb. Mike helped me get it up the river to the mooring and Phil and Mike took me through the ins and outs of a great new boat. It is already popular with the grandchildren. One of our granddaughter's friends was boasting to her recently that her grandad had what is in effect a 'gin palace'. Our grandaughter replied that her grandad's boat has a toilet!! An extra dreamed up by Phil, along with a removable table in the cuddy. We are just about to undertake 'sea trials' although the kids are only allowed to use the toilet in a crisis! The boat should be a lot of fun this summer.

Phil, your brother Steve has just transformed my boat into a center piece and I bet the talk of the boat club. I liked the window idea of the Falkland Fisher and using this system is not just a cheaper, safer and quicker way of dealing with window issues but it makes other boats like mine look really nice. I very much strongly encourage anyone who has old leaky rubber seals on their boat windows to speak to Phil and Steve and look at the alternative way as you will not be disappointed. Thank you very much guys.

Visited you at the Southampton Boat Show and was so impressed with the boat! Certainly one we'll be looking at in the future.
I had looked at many boats but after a demo on the Falkland Fisher I knew that was the boat for me!
It's an exciting business having a boat built for you and GGF Marine have kept me involved from beginning to end sending me photo's by email and welcoming me at the boatyard at any time. Phil and his wife Judith have been very helpful throughout the process and I am absolutely delighted with the end result.
I would recommend GGF Marine to anyone!

I spoke to Phil in late December 2008 regarding repairing a crack in the front of the hull of my Alaska 500,on further investigation it became apparent that seawater had become trapped underneath the deck and had rotted the deck and part of the deck supports stringers. The decision was made to replace the whole deck and the damaged support stringers and drainage channels and also a coat of Anti-foul. What a fabulous job Phil and his crew carried out and the boat was back with me in just a couple of weeks with photographs of all stages of the work carried out. Thanks again Phil.

I visited the Southampton boat show in 2008 and viewed just about every fishing boat there. When i met phil and his wife their professional approach and easy going manner impressed me and i ordered a falkland fisher 160. The service was superb and photos of the build of my boat were emailed regularly, i cannot praise phil and his team enough, nothing was too much trouble and when finished it was delivered almost to my door.Anybody who buys from GGF cannot go wrong. WELL DONE PHIL. 5 STAR SERVICE

I bought a boat which needed the Transom replaced. It was not a small job that I felt I could do so I rang a few companies for advice and quotes. A couple of companies came out to see the boat and offered advice, one of which was Phil. I was presently surprised that he was more interested in me and my boat and what could be done rather than jumping to quotes. He was very easy to talk to and gave me a lot of reassurance of his skill and abilities. Phil and his team collected my boat and took great care when loading it onto his trailer. He continued to update me on what he had done and even offered to complete other work that could benefit the boat without any pressure. Phil invited me to see the work he had completed at his Factory to make sure I was completely happy with it. I was knocked back by the amount of work he and his team had done and how he had transformed the Transom into an expertly finished job. He has lived up to his skills and I would fully recommend GGF to carry out anything to do with Boats. If you are considering changing your boat from an Inboard to an Outboard such as mine, please ring Phil for advice first. More importantly don’t do it yourself, use GGF. They will not let you down.

I Bought a Falkland Fisher from G.G.F over 3 months ago now. Mainly dealing with Phil. I was very impressed with the way they were able to build my boat with the added specifications that I required. Having taken my boat out to sea many times now in various weather conditions I am very impressed with the way it handles. I would happily recommend G.G.F to any of my friends and family and have done so.

I visited the Southampton boat show this year and was very impressed with the Falkland Fisher on display. I placed an order as I thought it would be perfect for me as a day boat. I am really looking forward to getting it and taking it out.The information i had was very impressive ,i felt phil knew what he was talking about being a fisherman himself !

I phoned phil in april 2007 to ask him some advice, and ended up buying his last mk 1 falkand fisher. It's a cracking little boat. I fish severn estuary down to the gower mainly. She's easy to launch and retrieve single handed, and performs well in the short chop of the estuary. I've taken her out in a force 6, and she handled it vey well. phil and i have become good friends since i have owned the boat, and he is always on hand for advice and a chat. I have just seen the mk 2 version and was so impressed that i placed an order. I would recommend this boat to anyone who wants a fast, easily launched, and towable fishing boat. keeep up the good work phil. regards chris.
